Refund policy

Items may be returned within 7days of receipt with tags attached for a store credit. No altered, stained, damaged, etc. items will be accepted. If tags are removed, your item will not be accepted. If it is apparent the item was worn, your item will not be accepted. I have the right to refuse a return/exchange based on my inspection of the item or garment. Please note: All SALE, CLEARANCE, PERSONALIZED, SEASONAL, SWIMWEAR, INTIMATES, JEWELRY and BEAUTY items are non-returnable & non-refundable.

Use the steps below to start your return!
Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. 2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Please try on everything as soon as you get it. Email/message within 6 days of receiving your product, to let us know that you are returning - we need to have your name on the receiving list. (elderbugboutique@gmail.com) 
Print out your receipt from your email & circle or highlight the item on the receipt that you are returning for store credit. We cannot process returns without a receipt or packing slip.
Please Include:

A. Photos/videos of the damaged item. Please send us the materials to prove the damage.

B. Screenshots of the dispute, which include name, date and content. For example, a customer complaint/dispute raises through PayPal Dispute, e-mail, chat window, etc.

C.  Tracking number of the item. You need to send the tracking number to prove that you returned it.


Wait for our response to your email so that we can give you the returns address to ship back to.


*** All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return/exchange.
